Strategy
Akhillo can be found on the path that leads to Karon's Nest. There are not other hostile mobs besides other Akhillo in this location. It doesn't do much damage so it's not that big of an issue to deal with. The main issue would be other players since Stygaea is a PvP zone. There can be a lot of players coming this way since this is the only way to Karon, a legendary familiar.

How to Tame
Like most elites, Akhillo requires a mark. You would need to have an Akhillo Mark in your inventory for you to attempt to tame. You would also need to lower its health less than 50% before being able to tame.
