Description
Cavern of the Veil is the fourth dungeon along on your travels and it is sometimes abbreviated to CoV. You can find this dungeon in Parna's Coast, south of Blasphemer's Swamp. You can obtain various items from this dungeon such as the corrupt set for your class. The dungeon itself can be confusing at times as it is set in an underwater way.



Your Mission

The cult of Radan began years ago in this very cave, when some explorers discovered a chamber that had been sealed since the Divine Era. It held the Eye of Radan—a terrible demigod who dared rebel against our holy mother, Parna.

Even though the eye is all that remains of Radan, his infernal will is still potent. No merumi can enter the cavern without falling totally and completely under his control. Only one not both of Parna—someone like you—can approach it.

Defeat the cultists. Once you’ve put an end to this vile cult, Daras will be waiting for you with further instruction.

Guidelines
You can find this dungeon in Parna's Coast, south of Blasphemer's Swamp. The dungeon itself can be confusing at times as it is set in an underwater way. Which you can challenge solo or in a party. When attempting to enter you will be prompted with the Dungeon Difficulty selection window. where you will choose your difficulty in which you would like to enter (between Story, Elite, Heroic, and Legendary). Each of these difficulties come with their own separate requirements, waiting time and daily entry limit. After choosing the desired difficulty, you can now select a stage from I to V. Choosing a higher stage does influence the overall difficulty of the instance, but it will also significantly increase the drop rate. Cavern of the Veil can be accessed multiple times a day and the entry can be reset using elluns. For any specific detail about a certain difficulty please consult the table below.

In order to enter the Temple of Sands the character needs to

• Be level 28 or above (certain difficulties demand a higher level)
• All difficulties after the Story will require you to successfully clear the previous one
• For legendary, the player needs to possess a level 50 Blessed Legendary Emblem

Quest
Near the entrance to Cavern of the Veil, you will find NPC Iberr, NPC Marina Rabbini and NPC Van Owen Rabbini. They will be ready to hand you the following quest that can be completed inside of Cavern of the Veil.

Difficulties

• Story

The Story mode is the first level that you will have to complete, and it only has one stage available. Once you enter the dungeon you will see that you are in a tunnel. To be able to start, you first will need to speak to NPC Ian. He will teleport you into the dungeon. Once inside you than will need to move thru a couple of Runurata and agul warriors. Once you get past them you will come to Radan’s Shrine, here you will encounter The Cult of Randan) you will first need to work your way thru defeating the Temple Defender and the Temple Guardian Archer. After you defeat them, you will come up on a group of Zealots. After you get past the zealots you than will come up on the Offering Keepers who are holding Chapley Singer tied up. You need to kill both Offering keepers to release Chapley Singer. After you defeat the offering keepers you will need walk up the walkway to the platform above and here you will encounter Ankelion. Once you defeat Ankelion you will than need to defeat Radan’s eye. After you defeat Radan’s eye you will have cleared the dungeon and now be able to move on the Elite level of the dungeon.

• Elite

The Elite mode is the second level that you will need to complete in order to move on to the Heroic level. In elite you have five different levels of difficulty to choose from where 1 the easiest level is and 5 is the hardest level of elite that you can play. Once you are inside the dungeon your brought to a walkway where you must defeat Aqui Sentinel’s and Runurata. Once you defeat them you will come up on a large cavity blockade stone which you just need to break to continue to the Cult Barracks. When you get into the cult barracks you will encounter more of the cult of Radan. While you’re in the Cult Barracks you will also encounter Killian, this is the first boss you will need to defeat in the dungeon. After you leave the cult barracks you will go to the undersea tunnel. In the undersea tunnel you will need to fight your way thru Agul warriors, thorn Shield Crabs and Agul trainers, after you defeat all of them you will come to the Main waterway. This section contains a series of interconnected tunnels which have various switches in them that operate the doors. So, to move on to the next area you will need to work your way thru each of the tunnels finding the Waterway Switchgear and defeating enemies along the way. While in the Main waterway you will also encounter Skalion. Once you defeat the enemies and find your way through the main waterway you will come to the cave exit area. Here you will encounter most of the cult of Radan. Here is also where you will encounter Ankelion and Radan’s Eye. Once you defeat the two of them you will have cleared the dungeon on elite level, and you can now run the heroic level.

• Heroic

The Heroic mode is the third level that you will need to complete in order to move on to the Legendary level. In Heroic, you have five different levels of difficulty to choose from where 1 the easiest level is and 5 is the hardest level of Heroic that you can play. • Legendary

The Legendary mode is the fourth and final level that a player can run in Caverns of the veil. In Legendary, you have five different levels of difficulty to choose from where 1 the easiest level is and 5 is the hardest level of Legendary that you can play. Once you enter the dungeon you will need to talk to NPC Louia to be able to be teleported into the dungeon. Once you teleported in by the NPC you will be in the Undersea Tunnel. Here you will need to defeat some enemies to be able to get to the main waterway. You will also need to get past a barrier that you just knock down. Once you knock down the barrier you will have to defeat Skalion to be able to advance to the next area. After you defeat Skalion you will enter the tunnel leading to the cave exit. You will still need to defeat more enemies to keep advancing. Once you get thru the tunnel you will come up on Radan’s Shrine area. Here you will need to go thru members of the Cult of Radan to be able to final come face to face with Radan.

• Frozen Scatter Shot -Ankelion sends out ice arrows at the player
• Steel Barrage- Ankelion shots arrows up into the ski which than fall down in a circle around the player.
• Final struggle- Ankelion sends out a red wave of high damage over a large area herself.

Final Boss

Familiars
In Cavern of the Veil there are three different familiars that you can tame. The first one being Lahav, who can be tamed on elite and heroic level. The second one is Abyssal Coatra, who can be tamed on the Heroic level. Then finally Poreon, who can be tamed on Legendary Level.
