How to Fish?
To fish you will need a rod and bait. These can be found from the merchants at the fishing areas in Midellas. Manual fishing involves a mini game where you will try to land the slider into the fish circle to catch a fish.
Let's go try fishing? How do we know where the fishing spot is? Here is the symbolism of the area where you can fish. Firstly, there is a wooden sign with the Fish sign, secondly, the place is surrounded by buoys, and thirdly, when approaching the water, a special sign with the letter F appears, this means that we can start fishing.
Where to get a fishing rod, reels and bait? They can be purchased from the NPC merchant Lesti in the fishing shop for gold, these merchants are always near the fishing area.

So, there are 2 options for fishing: Manual and Auto fishing. Let's look at the first option.
Fishing by hand
- Fishing without reels, only with bait. The character casts the rod and when it is time to pull it out, a mini game is activated. Your task is to press the spacebar at the moment when the hook is on the fish, otherwise you will not catch anything.
Auto fishing
If you have auto-reels in you inventory, you can fish automatically. You can purchase auto-reels from the merchants at the fishing areas. Auto fishing means that you will not need to participate in the fishing mini game.
- For auto fishing you will need not only bait but also reels and a lot of them, because each time you cast the rod, both the bait and the reel are spent.
We approach the reservoir, press F and a pop-up window appears in which the game asks whether we want to cast the rod manually or use reels and set auto fishing.
Errors
If something doesn't work for you, always read the game log, the game will tell you what the problem is. Maybe you are far from the fishing spot, or you are standing with your back to the water, or maybe you don't have bait.
The whole charm of auto fishing is that if we need to go somewhere away from the PC, to the store, to the kitchen, to do some cleaning around the house, then we can leave the character in the game not just standing there, but also collect goodies, and what goodies are caught where can be seen on the Fisherman's Board (the one with balloons on each fishing spot) or read here:

In all fish areas you can catch this fish - Flowerhorn, be sure to collect it. The first time you will get 10 pieces from Noel for finding NPC Fizz in the Hakains Crossing on the Titans platform.
From character level 40, you will unlock a daily quest from NPC Fizz for a fishing pass on solo instance - Paradise Island. For the pass, the NPC will require these very fish Flowerhorn.
The catch on this island is richer than in other places, and it is impossible to activate auto-fishing here, so you will have to fish only manually. To avoid the appearance of the auto-fishing window, put the reels in the warehouse before visiting the island.
Increasing the chances of a successful catch.
There are items that increase your fishing catch. You can find them:
- in the shop on the website
- participate in summer events to get fisherman titles
- take 1st to 3rd place in the "Skilled Fisherman" rating to get a unique fisherman title
- in Hakanase, find the Red Dragon on the Victory Plaza, where you can exchange purple airplanes for the Tishanan shoulder pad
- complete the quest from the Red Dragon to get the "Blue Paper Dragon" pet.
- And if you're really lucky, you can get a Bat from the Halloween Lucky Box.
