How to upgrade cooking?
Amount of resources that you need to upgrade your cooking level to the maximum:
[Tough meat] - 10 pieces.
[Crude sweet sauce] - 5 pieces.
Be sure to upgrade your cooking to the full completion of the skill scale on two self-selected recipes:
After you prepare required amount of dishes to stage up cooking level ,you need to approach Chef who will increase your stage of cooking level.
Not all locations have Chef, for example I found Chef in [Hakain's Crossing] - [Artisan Square] location.
If there is only one NPC, it is always a [Cooking Merchant].
Go to Chef and click on [Train Cooking], he will ask for a small fee for such a service and will raise your cooking level to next stage.
Two more recipes will automatically open, with dishes for level 20.
2. Moving on to the next stage. Now we need to get [Plain Meat] and [Basic Sweet Sauce].

I recommend collecting meat from repeatable quest in [Avarice Sea] location .To unlock it, you need to complete the quest for Adventure King's Chef, right in Avarice Sea . Chef Ink will ask you to obtain succulent fish belly and, after completing, will open a repeatable quest for you on the Avarice Sea Bulletin Board.
By completing these repeatable quests you will level up your Battle Pass and at the same time gain [Fresh Meat] for cooking. Go to the Chef,and don't forget to level up new stage of cooking level .
