The plains lion stands out as one of the most majestic familiars in Akrat and rules the plains with a regal appearance and noble nature. Their sharp teeth and hefty paws let no prey escape their grasp. Even sturdy steel is no match for their powerful front legs and sharp fangs. This King of Akrat is popular among hunters, but those that seek its pelt rarely return alive. One of the few survivors claims that they are weak against tail feathers. Strategy
In order to tame a Plains Lion cub, you need Plains Lion Mark which can be crafted or dropped from Akrat Plains world bosses.

How to Tame
Recipe materials:

-7 Red Tail.

-8 Complex Familiar Orb.

-25 Elite Taming Potion.

Red Tail can be dropped by Mohaban Raider, Mohaban Wacther and Mohaban Scout. These mobs you can find between Roche Ruins and Vineyard. Recipe can be dropped by one of mini-boss Igatan of Vengeance, who spawn randomly every 1 hour after killing any mini-bosses in this region.
