Poelle is an elite familiar found within the Oblivion Fields / Eternity Lake in Stygaea.

“Since Poelle first appeared in the Oblivion Fields, all other predators have begun avoiding the area. Poelle may look ferocious, but it is actually quite serene until disturbed. The beast is intensely territorial, and lashes out at even the smallest perceived threat to its claim on the fields. Do not attempt to hunt Poelle or even enter Oblivion Fields without a plan. A few veteran hunters believe a mark exists that holds power over Poelle. Their scattered notes indicated it could be found in the Oblivion Fields as well, but it seems they did not live to test their theory.”

Strategy
Poelle has many spawn points located at Eternity Lake. There are other hostile mobs located around some of these points which you would need to kill before taming so you won't be attacked. The biggest threat is other players. Since Stygaea is a PvP zone, you are likely to be attacked by players from a different server.
How to Tame
Like most elite familiars, you need a mark before taming. In order to tame Poelle, you would need a Poelle Mark. Though, you do not need to lower Poelles health at all before attempting to tame. You can if you want to increase your success chance.

Seal stones are items that allow you to seal tamed familiars in order to either socket them into your gear for bonus stats or used to give talent points. When you seal this mount away with a seal stone in order to use it on equipment enhancing, you get these stats:
