Description
Raidos is a tamable Elite familiar that can be found in the Pirate Hideout area, within Parna's Coast. The player needs to possess a Raidos Mark in order to tame Raidos.

Taken from Bestiary In-Game

Raidos' location on the map
“Raidos, with his great antlers, is a gifted and highly desired animal. Local trappers believe that his antlers can be used as a powerful cure-all. Many alchemists and priests study in the area for this very reason. To tame this noble stag, one must master the powers of ice. Combining the power of Parna's reindeer with a cherpa snow flower at the Familiar Academy should create a seal powerful enough to calm Raidos.”
― From Bynder's "Between Communion and Dominion"
Strategy
Though there are no hostile enemies near Raidos, players should be careful not to accidentally hit any of the passive Coastal Reindeers around him with area of effect abilities while lowering Raidos' HP before taming.
How to Tame
In order to tame Raidos, the player must obtain a Raidos Mark. The recipe for this mark can be obtained from a Karrad Runner, which can be found walking back and forth on the dock near the boat. Note that there isn't always a Karrad Runner around: if a Karrad Deckhand is pacing along the dock instead, the player will need to kill this Deckhand until a Runner takes its place.
Also full Raidos Mark can be dropped by Linight warrior and Linight archer in Exarahn Badlands (Cemetery area), but drop rate is verry low (1%).
The mark can also drop off the enemies in Broken Caldera in Exarahn Badlands, along with many other Parna’s Coast Elite familiar marks at a good drop rate.
Once the recipe is learned and the mark is crafted, you can find Raidos on a ledge in the Pirate Hideout, surrounded by a group of passive Coastal Reindeers. If he is not visible, it is most likely a result of the fact that Raidos has a significantly higher respawn timer than most other Elite familiars (~30 min). As he is an Elite mount, it is recommended that you significantly lower his HP before you attempt to tame him.
