Description
Troy is a tamable Elite familiar that can be found in the northeastern part of the Silverwhite Valley, within Parna's Coast. The player needs to possess a Troy Mark in order to tame Troy.

Taken from Bestiary In-Game

Troy's location on the map
“Troy is not a creature of this world, but a walking cluster of fire and ice. His hide is as strong as granite and as beautiful as marble. Troy was believed to be a familiar of Salant, but his recent actions indicate a newfound independence. Taming him should be possible with the right combination of energy from an ice hound and a magma hound. With a seal stone made of these powers, Troy may prove to be far less dangerous.”
― From Bynder's "Between Communion and Dominion"
Strategy
Once found, it is recommended to lure Troy away from the water to avoid him running into it during the taming process. There are also other hostile Ice Hounds in the area, but they should be far enough away not to attack the player while taming.
How to Tame
In order to tame Troy, the player must obtain a Troy Mark. The recipe for this mark can be dropped by Kurunin Ice-Fist, who is located in Silverwhite Valley just north of the Big Snow Camp. The mark itself can drop from the enemies in Broken Caldera in Exarahn Badlands, along with many other Parna’s Coast Elite familiar marks.
Once the recipe is learned and the mark is crafted, you can find Troy walking around near a small lake in the northeastern part of Silverwhite Valley. Note that the taming conditions for Troy are not met until you significantly lower its HP, which is recommended anyway for attempting to tame most any Elite.
